At Waterhouse Solicitors, every employee/associate at employment or engagement is taken through our core values, business principles, and ways of doing business. Where necessary refresher trainings are implemented from time to time.
Conflict Of Interest Declaration
Every employee/associate is required to declare a conflict of interest where they exist or reasonably believe may occur. Such declarations are usually updated from time to time.
Reporting Compliance Concern
We take all non-compliance concerns seriously and will carry out appropriate action on each report.
Continuous Risk Assessment And Degapping:
As a business, we continually assess our risks. We do this for continuous improvement and ability to close gaps that may be created over time. It helps us sharpen our focus and priorities for sustainable ethical compliance and action plans.
