Solomon Isokpan BL.; LL.M.; MBA(Lagos)
Solomon Isokpan holds an LL.B. (Honors) degree of the University of Benin, Masters of Laws (LL.M) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degrees of the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989 and has since been in legal practice.
He has considerable experience in Corporate Commercial law, Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas and specialist knowledge of Land, Property and related matters.
Charlotte Osayaba Madu LL.B, BL. (Hons)
Charlotte Madu holds an LL. B (Honors) degree of the University of Benin and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She pupiled at the law firm of Oboh & Associates, Lagos. Thereafter, she worked in Duncan Savings & Loans Limited, Lagos as a supervisor and subsequently as the company’s Head of Legal/Administration.
She returned to private legal practice in 1997, and subsequently joined Waterhouse Solicitors at its inception in 2008. Mrs. Madu is a Director of Acti-Tech Nigeria Limited.
Sivbone Edu Esq., LL.B (Hons), LL.M. (London), ACIArb., BL.
Sivbone Edu completed an LL.M. (Masters of Laws Degree) in Commercial & Corporate Law at the University of London in 1994. He later joined the firm of Olaniwun Ajayi & Co., (Solicitors) as a Solicitor responsible for Arbitration, International tax and company law/corporate commercial practice. Sivbone earlier obtained his LL.B. (Honours) Degree in 1989 at the University of Benin, and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in December in 1990. He subsequently pupiled at B.O. Babalakin & Co. Whilst in the United Kingdom, he worked as an Administrative Officer in the Lord Chancellor’s Department and before then, he worked in the management cadre of Wendy’s International, an American based food concern.
Sivbone is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Member, International Fiscal Association, London.
Laja Babington LL.B (Hons), BL.
Laja Babington holds an LL.B (Honours) Degree of the University of Lagos and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. He was with the law firm of Johanan Chambers, Lagos where he worked as a senior associate before he joined Waterhouse Solicitors in 2010.
He specializes in commercial and civil litigation, debt recovery, and company secretarial services.
